There's a carrot floating right in front of your face. Shiny and orange. Your stomach rumbles. You lunge for it. It leaps just out of range. Again. Your fingers scratch against it. Again. Again. Again.

You can get that carrot. It's completely possible to get that carrot. You just need to put in a little more effort. Why aren't you trying? What's going on with you? People younger than you have gotten larger carrots, so why can't you?

Just keep running. Step after step after step. Ignore your screaming muscles, your empty stomach. You'll get that carrot one day.

One day.
